Maybe you take a bubble bath and have a “mental health day,” but you still feel burned out and unhappy. You practiced “self-care” so why aren’t you feeling better? Well, when we don’t know who we are and what we want and need to be happy and fulfilled individuals, practicing random self-care doesn’t actually help us get to the core of what we need to feel nourished and taken care of. That’s why getting to know yourself is an essential first step in practicing authentic self-care — self-care that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit. This coaching program will help you have an inside-out approach to self-care. Over the next 7 days, you’re going to look within yourself for the answers instead of outside of yourself for what you need to feel nourished and cared for.
