That’s why getting to know yourself is an essential first step in practicing authentic self-care — self-care that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit. This coaching program will help you have an inside-out approach to self-care. Mia is a mom of two kids and a trauma survivor. She lives with PTSD and depression, and since 2017, she’s been sharing her mental wellness journey online to normalize mental health challenges and to encourage others to love and care for themselves. In 2020, Mia created No Longer Last, which is a movement to inspire women to make their health, happiness, and well-being a priority. Now, Mia is a trauma-informed self-care coach, a writer, and a speaker. When she’s not working or parenting, she loves cooking a new dish, getting wrapped up in a good TV show, and soaking up the sun wherever she can find it. She currently makes her home in Portugal.
