I’ve been trying @myjourneyapp out for the past week or two, because I didn’t want to recommend anything that I didn’t think would be potentially quite helpful for you guys, and I’m so pleased to say that I think this could be so useful for some of you lovelies! Especially us babes that struggle with our mood and could do with tracking it!🌟 • The app allows you to do journal entries whenever you want, jotting down what and how you’re doing, as well as being able to add media (photos and videos) to your entries, recording your activity and my favourite feature: your mood😌 • I’ve always been told by therapists that I should try to record my mood and things that are happening at the same time, to try to find patterns. But I’ve always had too little motivation to do it, especially when I’m feeling low🤷🏻♀️ • For instance; when I’m feeling content, it shows that I’ve been biking a couple of times around that time - something which could potentially be used to therefore help/manage when I’m low.💚 • It also gives you an inspirational quote every single day too! • Just wanted to share my experience with this app, cause I think it could be a useful tool for some of you 🌸 • Sending you all some love to you lady bugs💖
